Take
1 liter water. Mix into this water the following ingredients:
- 2 tea spoon fennel seeds powder,
- ½ pinch of Noshadar (Ammonium Chloride),
- 1 tea spoon small chotti harr (Terminalia Chebula),
- 7/8 spoons green cardamom,
- 20 gram brown sugar,
- ¼ spoon mace powder,
- 1 piece of cinnamon,
- 2 tea spoon black cardamom,
- 2 table spoon mint leaves,
Cook
this water with mixing all above ingredients. Let it make cold. Then put it
into fridge. Daily drink a glass of this water. It will effectively decrease
your body fat. Besides; your face will might have a glowing skin with shining
hairs.
